Event stage Packages

To take away the stress of trying to work out what your stage requirements might be, we’ve prepared a variety of stage packages to suit all kinds of events. From Local community, to Larger scale Music Festivals.

Tailored Requirements

If you have specific requirements for your event, whether you require a minimal set up for a conference, a platform for a catwalk, or a PA Sound and lighting System we have it covered.

 

Our Products

 All our stages are available with a comprehensive sound and lighting system, including backline Drum hire, amplifier hire, and an additional tent for storing and setting up band equipment. Each stage comes with handrails, steps, side skirts, and a weatherproof grip surface. Our flooring is lightweight aluminium, in immaculate condition, and complies with all British regulation standards. Each deck is 2 meters wide by 1 meter deep and can be extended from 30cm tall to 180cm tall. They can be set up in various shapes and size combinations to suit your staging requirements.

 Event (medium) Package - (6m x 4m) 

Suitable for audiences of 500 - 1500 people

- Aluminium stage deck, with handrails, steps, front skirt, lighting truss and waterproof canopy with sidewalls.

- 5000 watt Black widow PA System including Monitors, microphones, mixing desk, microphone stands, power leads and audio cables.

- Effect Lighting, 4 x 180w led par cans and 2 x 70w par cans.

- Two technicians to manage the sound and lighting requirements.

Large Event Package (9m x 4m)

Suitable for audiences of 1500 - 3000 people

- Aluminium stage deck, with handrails, steps, front skirt, lighting truss, and 9m x 4m waterproof canopy plus sidewalls. Additional speaker wings are available to give more space on decks.

- 10,000 watt Black widow PA System including Monitors, microphones, mixing desk, microphone stands, power leads and audio cables.

- Effect Lighting, 5 x 180w led par cans, 4 x 300w iMove moving heads, 6 x 70w wash moving heads, and 6 x 70w led Par cans.

- Three technicians to manage the sound and lighting requirements and a black 4.5 m tent to use for storing and setting up band equipment. (Lighting fixtures may vary depending on availability)

 

Small Event Package (6 x 3m)

Suitable for audiences of up to 500 people

- 6m x 3m Aluminium stage deck

- Waterproof canopy, with handrails, 1 x steps, front skirt.

- A 3000 watt PA Sound System, and 4 x 180w led Par cans.

- One technician to manage the sound and lighting requirements

 

 

Indoor Stage hire

We can provide a range of different setups, from a small speaker system with a couple of colour changing wash lights, to a full sound and lighting rig suitable for any function.

All sound systems are provided with the relevant scale requirements including monitors, microphones, mixing desk, stands, power cables and audio cables.

Catwalks & Platforms

Perfect for catwalks, conferences, presentations and live music venues. All come with hand rails, steps, side skirts, and a weatherproof grip surface. Our flooring is lightweight aluminium, in immaculate condition, and complies with all British regulation standards. Each platform is 2 meters wide by 1 meter deep, and can be extended from 30cm tall to 180cm tall. They can be set up in various shapes and size combinations to suit your requirements.

 

Large Festival Package - (10 x 6m Arch top)

This is the most impressive option for any festival. An arched top trailer stage measuring a total of 14 m x 6 m. We worked with Toploader, and Eliza & the bear using this set-up at Rhuddfest. 

- 14000 watt Black widow PA System including monitors, microphones, mixing desk, microphone stands, power leads and audio cables.

- Effect Lighting, 8 x 180w led par cans, 4 x 300w iMove moving heads, 6 x 70w wash moving heads, and 6 x 70w led Par cans.  (Lighting fixtures  may vary depending on availability)

- This package comes with a tech tent, two technicians and one   stage crew to manage the sound and lighting requirements, we also supply a black 4.5 m tent to use for storing and setting up band equipment.
